Heritage Studies [Measured Drawing]
A measured drawing project focuses on islamic heritage building. This project was done at Masjid Agung Sumenep, Madura Island, Indonesia. The architect for this mosque was known as Lao Pia Ngo, a chinese architect. the design of the mosque were influenced by china, indonesia, and dutch/colonial with the 3-tier roof for ventilation, conical column and etc. alongsoide the mosque, there is a gapura or stronghold for safety of the Castle (Keraton of Sumenep). it aslo function as a place to launch the beduk duiring every prayer time.
